What size image will make a good canvas print?

Any picture taken on a 4 or more megapixel camera or a digital image with 300dpi or more will be adequate. If we believe the picture quality is not of the required standard we will notify you in advance of printing the canvas.

Can I send a hard copy photograph to be printed on canvas?

Yes, simply go to our contact details page and call or e-mail us to find our address. We can then record your contact details and the required size so the photo can be sent back to you along with the canvas.

I do not see the size I want?

If you require a different size that is not listed below each product simply contact us and we will make every attempt to meet your order.

How soon will I get my print?

We aim to despatch each order within 10 working days. If you require the order to be despatched in a hurry we will make every attempt to put your order to the front of the queue.

Do I need to wait in for deliver?

We use Royal Mail to deliver our products so if you cannot be in for the delivery then you can pick your pictures from the nearest Royal Mail Depot. Please ensure you order in plenty of time before special occasions.

Do I need to own the image I send?

When you submit any order for customised canvases the customer confirms that they own the intellectual property rights to the respective photograph/artwork or have obtained the relevant written permission.

Do you supply trade or offer discount for a bulk purchase?

Yes we supply trade and offer discounts for orders of 5 of more. These discounts can be upto 20% of the original price, so please contact us for further details.

Will my canvas be the exact colours as the original image?

Printed canvases may vary from the image you see on your monitor at home as monitor settings may be different for each individual. Therefore we cannot guarantee the colours will match.
